How to Create Your Meeting Slots on CourseVox

In today’s online learning environment, personalized interaction is key to fostering student engagement and understanding. CourseVox enables instructors to create flexible meeting slots, providing students with valuable opportunities for one-on-one interaction. This guide will walk you through the straightforward steps to set up your meeting availability on CourseVox, ensuring you can effectively connect with your students. By following this guide, you’ll be well on your way to enhancing your teaching experience and supporting your students’ success. Let’s get started!

1. Sign In:
After signing in to your instructor account, you will automatically be directed to your dashboard.
2. Navigate to Meetings:
From the dashboard, navigate to the Meetings section, then click on Settings.

3. Add Availability:
Let’s say you are available on Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM. Click on the three dots beside Saturday, then click Add Time.

4. Set Time:
Set the Hour to 10 and Minutes to 00.

Switch from AM to PM as needed.

Set the Meeting Type to Online (or any other option available).

5. Hourly Charge:
Enter your Hourly Charge for the meeting. You can also set a Discount if desired

6. Finalize & Options:
You are done! But don’t forget to: Switch on In-Person Meeting if you want to offer it,
and set the hourly price separately. Enable Group Meetings if you offer those as well.
